[CUSTOMER SERVICE] What Services can you offer to my company to help in deciding what is the right piece of equipment for my needs and durability?
We at Inkopah sales has over 30 years of helping people out in your line of business with their equipment and trust that is easy for you to make the right decision in buying from us.
[SALES] What is your terms when i want to test out a piece of equipment that my company needs?
The only thing we ask is that you understand the safe operating procedure of the piece of equipment you are running. All equipment must be operated in a safe manner at all times.
[SUPPORT] When and if we buy or arrange to buy a piece of equipment from you what can you do to help us ship or move that equipment from your locations?
Most equipment has been moved to our locations by private trucking companies that we have done business with you my use one of them or one of your own .We will help you load the equipment we will not help tie down equipment that is up to the driver transporting the equipment
[BILLING] We accept all forms of payments IE: Cash ,Credit Cards, Checks any legal way of making payment.
[PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC] Are you able to make purchase agreement that i may forward to my creditors in order to buy a piece of equipment?
Yes we can we will help you will all the legal paper work in order to buy and secure the equipment you need
[MISCELLANEOUS] Do you trade or barter for equipment Depends on what you have and what we our in need of at the time. We will also list your equipment on our web site at a cost of a percentage that we have agreed on.
